How Do U Hack The Content Watch Program To Take It Off?

i just bought a computer off someone and it had content watch and i cant take it off, i need to hack it!!!!!!!

    Take the computer to best buy or somewhere
    im warning you i had 3 crashes!Do Not hack the computer!
    youll have to install this hacking program and youll have to
    turn off all of your security stuff and that way the program can install viruses into your computer which will make it even more jacked up!
    I dont know what to do .But the best thing to do is to get it done
    by a professional .Im only 12 sorry if theres mistakes
