Sorry, anyone who told you doesn’t know what their talking about.
That is physically, and realistically impossible.
Touch screen requires, heat or pressure to know where your tapping. An old blackberry would never ever be able to fit your own screen and applying all those new circuits and crap etc really leaves you with nothing but a keyboard, a shell and your cell phone number.
