Is It Legal To Hack (make Homebrew Available) Psp’s For People For Money?

I was wondering for the reason that I want to see if people would be interested in something like that through eBay service for example. I just want to know what to be clear about when/if doing something like this. Tanks for your time.

No is not illegal. IF you create PSP Homebrew as will like to sell it. Sony can’t do anything about it. However, If you are selling commercial games then that is a different story.
There are tons of homebrews community out there as well as psp site that offer PSP Homebrews for free which is what PSP Homebrew community is all about .
AS for ebay, I have bough a few psp with custom firmware on it which is not a problem .
visit psp custom firmware site for the latest psp custom firmware over at http://pspcustomfirmware.com/

yes all of this is legal, the only thing illegal about it is the piracy of games (if you don’t have the original then you can’t download backups, well you can but its illegal you must own an original copy of the game that you are downloading)
