How Do You Hack Pokemon Games Such As Ruby, Fire Red, Etc…?

Everyone is saying that if you want to do serious hacking like changing the layout and stuff you download it onto your PC? How do you do that?
P.S. I don’t want the little things that action replays can do (all shiny pokemon, unlimited masterballs, ect…) I want stuff like different pokemon found in different areas and different towns just like Pokemon Quartz. Any tips?

    First, I suggest you don’t.
Second, If you can Access the code, try editing it.

you need to get a torrent of the game of a website and the equipment to hack it it also depends on what you want the game like i have hacked mine for all the stuff in the game my three starter pokemon are groudon kyogre and rayquaza so it takes awhile and you need to buy a game cartridge thing to download your haced version of the game to it

To make your own hack/edit the game you will need to download quite a few programs to edit various things like sprites, text, maps, events etc.
You will also need a ROM of the game you wish to hack.

Well I don’t see why you want to do such a thing, it totally takes out the point and essence of the game. It’s not even a question of immorality, but that your spoiling the fun for yourself. I’m sorry, but that is how I feel about this.
