I’m looking for a way to hack it in order to delete the software or avoid time restrictions. They’ve been really annoying, and I need all the help I can get. My Windows XP account is Limited, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to get it back to Administrator.

There is. I know. I am not telling you. It is illegal to hack into software systems to use them beyond the time limit. It is the same thing as hacking anything else,resulting in the same federal charges.
